James L. Casady, MPT

James received his undergraduate degrees at the University of Colorado in Kinesiology and Psychology. After receiving his Master’s degree in physical therapy at Nova Southeastern University, he began practicing in Boston. Since receiving his degree, James has had the opportunity to work with the Boston Ballet, professional triathletes and cyclists from around the world, two women’s professional football teams, and high school and college athletes participating in a wide variety of sports.

Amy Schoenberg, MSPT

Amy graduated from Simmons College in 1998 with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. Her entire career has focused on working with individuals with orthopedic and sports related injuries. She is committed to ongoing professional education, and has a passion for correcting biomechanical and movement impairments to address the root cause of injuries. She believes one must identify faulty movement patterns to fully correct the problem, decrease risk for injury, and prevent reccurance. 

Carol Pietromonaco, PT, MBA

Carol has been practicing physical therapy for over 13 years, specializing in spinal rehabilitation and general orthopedics. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, in 1996. She received her Masters in Business Administration, in Marketing from Babson College, in 2005. Throughout her career she has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, sub-acute care, homecare, and outpatient orthopedics. As a result, she has first hand familiarity with the various stages of rehabilitation from surgery to homecare to outpatient.  

Carol also started two successful outpatient practices on the south shore as a managing physical therapist. She has taken post graduate courses in spinal manual therapy and actively practices Pilates and Yoga. With this experience, she incorporates the principles of core strengthening and stretching into her patient’s treatment plans. Carol was the narrator of the “Ask the Therapist” podcast and the “Ask the Therapist” column in the South Shore Senior News and Boston Seniority Magazine, as well as a blog in the south shore’s Patriot Ledger. She also speaks English, French, Italian and some Spanish.  

Wendy B. Siet, DPT

Wendy graduated from Northeastern University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. She has practiced physical therapy in an outpatient hospital clinic, acute care setting, subacute rehabilitation facility, and private practice outpatient clinic. During her experience, she conducted an aquatic therapy program and managed a sports medicine clinic program at a hospital. She continued her education at Boston University and received her doctor of physical therapy degree in 2005. For her doctorate studies, she completed an academic practicum with a focus on prenatal physical therapy. With the practicum, she developed and conducted a continuing education seminar for physical therapy practitioners on prenatal physical therapy. Following receiving her doctorate in physical therapy, she became a facilitator for the Boston University online transitional doctorate of physical therapy program. Her special interests include sports specific training for athletes, physical therapy for pregnant women and post-surgical patients.
